RETURN AND EXCHANGE
If you're not happy, we're not happy.
We accept refunds and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. We love our sunglasses and we hope you do too, but if you need to return or exchange please return them unworn, undamaged and in original packaging. Sunglasses returned damaged or incomplete cannot be exchanged or refunded. Postage of returns and exchanges are the customers responsibility and risk, and remain their responsibility until received into our warehouse.
Refunds will be processed to the original credit card used to make the purchase and may take up to 30 days to process the refund or exchange. Postage costs will be refunded to faulty items only.

We strive to make our sunglasses tough
Please inspect the sunglasses as soon as they arrive. If on delivery you notice something not quite right with your pair of JUNiA's please contact us and send a photo of the fault to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll happily exchange within 7 days of delivery.
